Lymm Bistro is owned & run by Jo Shenton & Mike Venning (head chef) and opened in May 1988. After several successful years they decided to open "Bar Bistro" which is situated above Lymm Bistro offering a totally different concept of eating to that of Lymm Bistro. Bar Bistro offers "tapas style" mediterranean food whilst Lymm Bistro is a "French style" a la carte restaurant.
